KxS card shaving
You're probably familiar with KxS if you're reading this, but if not, check out Guys awesome KxS write-up.
The only downside with this combination is that the Sandisk card sticks out of the EX1 enough as to not let the memory door close. Not that big of a hassle, but now even that problem is pretty easily fixed. Just chop the card in half!
I don't recommend trying to open the card, as it can get pretty messy and the lock switch can and will fall out, and is quite hard to get reseated. (My card was stuck in write protect mode for a good while until I fiddled with the switch just enough.) Just use something pretty sharp and give it a nice clean cut, and you shouldn't have any problems whatsoever. You could probably just take the sucker to a bandsaw.
WARNING: Do not cut or trim your card unless the casing is somewhat translucent and you can see inside! (like the card in the video.) There have been reports of at least 2 different revisions of this sandisk card, one translucent with a tiny single chip that can be trimmed, and one with a completely solid casing that CANNOT be trimmed (you will ruin the card!)
